Miami fills me with inspiration with each visit. After spending a little over three weeks there, I return to Barcelona with new class ideas and humbled by all that my students have taught me. Thank you so much for sharing yourselves with me.

The trip began with a talk on the DNA Activation. We had an amazing group of people with wonderful questions. That lead into the first weekend of classes, Sacred Geometry, Astral Travel and Practical Magick I. I am constantly amazed at the power of my students - geometries integrated in innovative ways, astral journeys to new realms and magick brought into all areas of life.

The next week combined a little bit of me time with a whole lot of client time. DNA Activations, Purifications, Cord Cuttings and House Clearings dominated my schedule. I found myself driving all the way north to Boyton Beach and then all the way south to Cutler Bay! Like I've always said, I will go wherever I'm needed!!!

I did make a little time to have my hair done by the fantastic Chere Friedman. In addition to her talent and years of experience, two things make Chere extra special:

Now, back to classes and empowerments. Manifesting Abundance with Kabbalah was positively electric as students dove deep into the myriad of ways you can manifest using the sephirot. Gifts of the Spirit found us in a new location both physically and spiritually. Wow... such a great class. Each person got to work intimately with her higher self and take meditation to new levels. I'm super excited to hear about how students continue their work with their spiritual lineage.

Another week of empowerments took me into Thanksgiving. I have much to be thankful this year. I have taught in Spain, France, England, and the US. In addition to teaching, I have had the pleasure of working with people in Poland, Holland and Germany. And to top it off,

This trip started in Poland with the fantastic Russian military truck Jesse bought. By now you are probably sick of hearing me talk about GAZ (that's the name of the truck), but she is just so amazing. Driving from Poland to the UK was filled with excitement, frustration, fear and lots of childlike wonder. Thank you so much Jesse for allowing me to be a part of the experience.

Upon arriving in the UK, I went off to London to begin a week of teaching, empowerments and activations. A big hug to all the folks at inSpiral Lounge and those that came out for my talk on DNA Activations. It was a cold, wet and miserable day, but you came out anyway and for that I am eternally grateful. As usual, the talk led to an amazing discussion where we pondered the power of Kabbalah, love, money and DNA.

After that it was my time to be a student as I spent the next two days in ceremony being initiated as part of The Template, a holonomic model of Transcendence. These are amazing ceremonies that reconnect bio-circuitry using auditory codes and sacred geometry. As a practitioner of DNA Activations and a teacher of Sacred Geometry, this felt like a natural continuation of what I teach. I was given some other worldly information that I am starting to integrate and hope to participate in the final two ceremonies soon. You can read more about it HERE.

With the ceremonies complete, clients helped and all the singing, dancing and puppet shows I needed to keep me happy, I was off to Brighton for a new adventure. It started with an amazing shamanic crystal healing by Dawn Floyd. Wow... powerful. Thank you so much Dawn for the talk, tea and healing.

I wandered around Brighton for a bit on my way to Manna for my next DNA Activation talk. The talk was, as usual, absolutely amazing. Not only did we talk about DNA and how to fully use all the gifts we've been given, but we moved into a level of conversation that touched at the heart of what I teach - how to incorporate spirituality into the practical sides of life. We talked about the karma of paying/not paying taxes, sending energy into the cosmic consciousness, healing past wounds, letting go of expectations around love and how powers from beyond Earth work to control us. It was a fantastic evening and I was humbled to be a part of it.

A super loud shout out goes to Gong Master Cornelius and his lovely wife for their support that night and the following day. Thank you for sharing your home, food and experience. You have created paradise in Seaford (complete with a replica of Stonehenge!). To everyone reading this, if you have never had a gong bath, I urge you to seek one out. It is the most amazing meditative experience, where you sit back and journey through the sounds (and sacred geometry produced by those sounds) of a full range of gongs. Cornelius is a true master and I was lucky enough to travel my mind through their beautiful soundscape several times. Many blessing to the Gong Master.

With my Brighton adventure coming to a close, it was time to go back to London for more teaching. Thanks to Diane Gower at the Sage Art Studio and the London College of Spirituality, we had an amazing Sacred Geometry and Astral Travel class on Sunday. Each class is unique in the way the material flows and in this space filled natural wooden art built by Diane's husband Russell, the geometries flowed in every direction. I hope my students got as much out of it as I did, it was brilliant!


Back I returned to GAZ in the English countryside and to my new friends at the Cobbett Hill Earth Station. In this little haven, I was able to use my body in the daily work needed to convert GAZ into the home she is quickly becoming and allow my mind to flow through new thoughts and ideas. Infinite Connections is once again taking off as I find that the musical/performance side of my work must continue in harmony with my spiritual side. They are actually just two sides of the coin that is me.

It is at this point in my story when I have to give the deepest and most sincere thanks of this entire message. Community is a word often spoken, but difficult to describe. There are many types of communities, and I have had the privilege of being a part of many. Once again, community has gathered around me and I have discovered that this simple word extends beyond the support of a friend, the love of a parent and the physical barriers of a location... true community is the self-less giving to those around you. In this short time in England, two new people have entered into my community and I am eternally grateful for their support. Adrian and JP, thank you so much inviting us into your homes and sharing with us as if we have been friends for all eternity.

Adrian - Your generous nature and genuine desire to help is a rare jewel. May it never change.

JP - You may not have realized you were doing it, but you talked your way right into my heart. Your wings are spread and you are soaring, you just have to look around to see it. There are many adventures yet to come, and I hope to be there to experience them with you.

Recently, I've been talking to producers from a television production company about my experiences as a teacher, healer and speaker.  For those that are in an awakened state, reaching out for more information in relatively easy.  Information overload is always a problem, but at least you know that there are books, stores, events, teachers, classes and websites to guide you.  Yet there is a whole group of people that have no idea where to start.  Even in my own research, I often sit in front of a Google page and wonder what to type into the search line to find what my brain is churning on.  If you want to bring more spirituality into your life and learn how to meld the "real" world with the "unseen" world, where do you turn?

For many, television is a part of the everyday landscape and one that can provide a wealth of information.  So in talking with these producers, we've been discussing what makes compelling TV, specifically when it comes to exploring your spirituality.  After many hours of thinking, meditating and having long conversations with my Higher Self, I turn to you for help...  What spiritual topics would you be interested in seeing on TV and how could they be presented in a way that is compelling, informative, fun, exciting, interesting, accepting, and so forth?  And most important of all, how do you preserve the integrity of that which is being presented? 

Before I bias you with my thoughts, I want to open to floor.  When you seek out classes, lectures, teachers... what do you look for?  Would you watch a weekly television show that explored these same topics?  Do you like round-table discussions with a few people or would a talk-show format that interviews experts?  Should meditations and classes be featured?  Are there healing techniques you think would be great to watch before you try?  Would a mini-Holistic Fair format work, where you explore shops, techniques and listen to presentations?

All thoughts are welcome...

Home in Barcelona once again.  A month on the road visiting friends, dancing at festivals and teaching new students.  I can truly say I LOVE my life.  Each person I come in contact with gives me reasons to smile, new ideas to think about and amazing experiences to remember.

My trip started in Seattle to visit my very best friend in the world, T, and go to the final Oracle Gathering, the Fountain.  Another transformational experience as I bonded with old friends and met new ones.  I realized a few things in my time there, the most important is that the Oracle experience is something that must live on.  Eight years ago a group of people put together something that became more than they could have expected.  The impact on the immediate community is easy to see, but what only those that have stepped outside can understand is that the rest of the world has felt its impact as well.  The cosmic consciousness has shifted and the fountain overflows spilling the Oracle magick into the soil, seeping into the water supply and slowly touching every person on earth.  Europe craves for the shift from festival fun to intentional gathering.  And so I implore those with the power to manifest its future, pass it on, allow those of us that can envision a future to take the reins and carry it forward...  to follow your legacy and create a new future...

Being at the Fountain, I was reminded once again of the incredible community of artists that create so much from so little.  Ferrous Metalsome built a magickal fountain that was the visible centerpiece for the entire weekend:

When my time at Oracle was done, I returned to Seattle.  The ride lead to new realizations as Bob, Traeger and I explored topics of community and music.  Deep gratitude for that special ride and lots of love for Bob for always being there when I least expect it.

Another two days with T completed my trip to Seattle and I am happy to report that I still have the world's best best friend.  This is a woman with so much to give and every time I am amazed at her strength to not only persevere, but to flourish.  I love you T!


Next stop, my true home, the land of my birth, the one place on earth that I hold most dear...  Miami.  Being picked up at the airport by most of my family brought tears to my eyes.  We are a strange bunch, but through it all we are family.  I had the pleasure of seeing all of my immediate family this trip, something that hasn't happened in a while.  I got to meet new additions (hi Laura) and hang out with my rockin' nephew/godson.  We are all adults now, well most of us, Stephanie still acts like a bratty kid (just kidding!), and so our conversations are deeper, richer... with just the right amount of Soler sarcasm to make us bust out laughing.  Oh, and our family lineage gets stranger every time we talk about it...  pirate tracking treasure hunters that were also James Bond like spies...  ask me sometime and I'll tell you some great stories.  I now have them recorded in my mother's own words on my phone!

The ultimate highlight of my Miami experience, in addition to spending lots of time with Mom, was all of the students and clients I had the privilege to work with.  Each class was amazing, each person a unique experience, and I feel honored to be a part of the journeys.  Thank you all for allowing me to teach you and for giving me back many lessons.

A fond farewell to Miami as I flew back to Europe to an ancient lands that calls to me... Greece.  My ties there are strong and as the plane landed I could feel the familiar energy of Dionysis welcoming me back.  Thanks to my friend Brian, I was greeted by a warm smile and a snappy comment about my favorite hat.  Brian and his amazing wife Anne have been living in Greece for a year plus and he was happy to help me get some supplies before putting me on a train to Thessaloniki so I could go to Aurora Festival for the weekend.

Getting to Thessaloniki was easy enough, though it did involve quite a bit of waiting and lots of sleeping on the train, but the real challenge was getting to Aspravolta, a small beach town about an hour away from Thessaloniki where the festival was actually being held.  Thanks to the kindness of a taxi driver and a group of Greeks I met at the bus stop, I made it there without a hitch.  I pitched my tent in the dark and headed off to explore what was around.

Given the huge length of this message, I'm only going to give you the highlights....

Blessings to Jaia for the opportunity to be a part of the festival at all.  Thank God you answered the phone Yannis, I am truly thankful.

I send a huge amount of hugs and gratitude to Sharon Joy who literally brought me in to a whole new family.  Just when I thought I was all alone, the universe put this amazing goddess in front of me that I had actually met online several years before when we negotiated artists contracts.  Sharon, her best friend Jeremy, and Vlad were stage managing the Alternative Stage.  From Saturday night on, this was home. 

The stage was coordinated by Ultimae Records, a label filled with so much ambient and downtempo yumminess that I felt like I was floating in sonic bliss.  So many artists to name...  special hugs to those that not only moved my body, but also provided hours of conversation that moved my mind: Tajmahal, Gaudi, Nova, AES Dana, Tripswitch, Solar Fields...  Thank you for allowing me into the family.  I can't wait until next year.

Two last things to mention about Aurora Festival.  First of all, if you are looking for new clothes, you have to check out Psylo.  I've actually bought from their store in Camden Town, London as well as their booths in other festivals, but this time I got to know one of the founders and I realized that I really love what they make.  More than that, I like the overall feel of the energy.  Just the right about the hippie love and business savvy.  The ironic part is that I actually bought a pair of Buddahful pants from the booth this time - I guess I just have to support the Seattle family wherever I am. ;)

My final note about Aurora Festival is a big shout out to the proud papa... Ace Ventura.  Thank you for giving me one last reason to dance my booty off.  Killer set!


After it was all over, good-byes were said...  I returned to Anne and Brian's place for one last blissful night in Athens.  We had an amazing dinner looking out at the skyline that includes the Acropolis and so much more.  We ate, drank and reminisced about the early days of Progressive Networks, AKA RealNetworks, east coast vs west coast people and the bureaucratic garbage that goes on at any job, regardless of the industry.  It was a pleasure spending a night with a couple that is living their dreams and loving life.  Thank you for taking such good care of me.

And now I return to my current home, the Spanish sun bathes me and I remember that Barcelona holds a magick for me...  a place to recharge and continue my projects.  I work on classes here next weekend and at the end of the month in London, I plan trips to paint and remodel a huge military truck, I connect with family and friends, I listen to the exploits of my life-partner, and most importantly, I take care of myself.  There are many new people in my life after this month and to each of them I bow low and say...  I welcome all that I may learn from you.


Embrace all that you are, for it is the balance between light and darkness that brings peace and acceptance...

I have often found that when I first enter a new phase of success, I feel the most amount of sorrow and loneliness.  It is hard to explain why this happens without sounding like an ego-maniac, but I truly think that it is hard for people to see others around them attain success.  We are conditioned to find the faults in their behavior or wonder how they cheated to get there.  Even our closest friends can give in to jealousy and envy.

In the last few months, my life has reached new levels of happiness and success.  Yes, there are rough spots, but the amount of growth on a personal, emotional, spiritual and financial level has been extremely rewarding.  My greatest nemesis and triumph is over acceptance.  I am working hard to find acceptance of all that is around me, though sometimes things accidentally slip out of my mouth before I can stop them, and then I find myself apologizing profusely. ;)

And yet, in that same time, I have lost the friendship of some that I thought were good friends, had organizations get upset that I am not following their exact rules and been pushed back without reason.  I look at these at tests and work with my Higher Self to ensure that these are unavoidable casualties, but putting all that energy into trying to make others find acceptance over my choices can be exhausting.  I'm not perfect; I make my share of mistakes, but I try hard to apologize and make amends.

So...  if I feel like I am heading in the right direction, fulfilling my life purpose, being the best me I can be, why do the people around me find the need to pull me down or just walk away?  And more importantly, why do I let their denial of acceptance over my actions affect me so much.  I recognize that it is coming from their own fear, ignorance and/or jealousy, but it is still hard to accept.

All I can do is keep moving forward and be confident in that I will attract a new set of people that are strong and happy in their own choices and can therefore accept mine.  Right?
